RegimeSignal Alerts
RegimeSignal Alerts is an optional text-message notification program operated by Cronus Market Intelligence, LLC for subscribers of the RegimeSignal™ platform. This page describes the program publicly; no login is required to read it. The opt-in control itself lives inside your account. Participation is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing or using the platform.

RegimeSignal Alerts.
What subscribers receive
Account and market-signal notifications only — for example a drawdown signal firing, a regime change, a bear alert, or a recovery confirmation. No marketing messages are sent through this program. Alerts are informational notifications about your account and the platform; they are not investment advice and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with market conditions. In typical conditions expect a few messages per month; in volatile periods you may receive more.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Cronus does not charge for the alerts; your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them under your plan.
Opt in
Text alerts are strictly opt-in. After signing in, open Alerts & Notifications in your account settings, enter your own mobile number, and tick a dedicated consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and separate from acceptance of our Terms. We do not collect consent verbally, on paper, in person, by QR code, by text keyword, or by importing any list.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Replying STOP to any message unsubscribes you; you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. You may also switch alerts off any time in Alerts & Notifications in your account settings.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS alerts are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging service provider that transmits the alerts on our behalf, solely to deliver those messages.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network, device, and plan, and is not guaranteed. Available on major U.S. carriers.
